Our commercial law group handles a wide variety of transactions, ranging from residential real estate to mergers and acquisitions. The group assists our business clients in the formation of corporations, limited liability companies, and various other business entities.

After the formation of the company, however, the work has only begun. We continue to provide assistance to the company in all aspects of their business, including employment law, structuring financing for expansion and acquisitions, real estate development, construction, purchasing or selling assets, and many other commercial situations. The group works closely with the Litigation Group to provide potent representation in commercial litigation.
