Mr. Litten has been practicing law since 1957. He concentrates in local government and
civil litigation.
Personal
He lives in Bridgewater with his wife, Frances Ann. He is a member of the
Bridgewater United Methodist Church
and serves on the Board of Directors of the
Rockingham Group Insurance Companies. Life member of
Veterans of Foreign Wars.
