Practice

Mr. Litten has been practicing law since 1957. His practice concentrates in local government law and civil litigation. Mr. Litten is county attorney for Shenandoah County, Virginia. He was also chairman of the "Litten Commission" recommending the establishment of CISAT (College of Integrated Science and Technology) at James Madison University.

Mr. Litten lives in Bridgewater and is a member of the Bridgewater United Methodist Church. He is also a life member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
