Plaintiffs Dismiss Case

            The plaintiffs have now dismissed their case. This is an unavoidable decision in light of Mr. Newton’s resignation and the apparent lack of a Spotswood High School teacher who is willing to take his place. In any event, in light of Judge Michael’s response to the plaintiffs’ preliminary injunction, and according to our analysis of this case, plaintiffs would likely have lost anyway.
