Summer AssociatesLitten & Sipe offers a Summer Associate Program that gives rising 2L and 3L law school students a realistic look at our firm’s culture and the way we practice. We usually hire 2-3 associates each summer. The Summer Associate Program typically lasts for 8-12 weeks, though it can be modified to fit an associate’s schedule. At Litten & Sipe, we view our summer associates as tomorrow’s partners, and have a vested interest in making our associates permanent members of our team. Associates are given the opportunity to develop confidence in the legal field, as they gain hands-on experience working with real clients on real cases.
