The trusts and estates group handles a wide range of matters concerning the drafting of wills, the planning of estates to minmize taxation, and the administration of trusts and estates. We've drafted simple wills for Valley residents for over 100 years. While we'll never turn our back on this practice we're also able to do so much more.
We assist trustees, executors, and adminstrators fulfill their duties according to the law. We can perform complex estate planning when the need arises. We can also draft and implement trust agreements for charitable, educational or other purposes.
