Daniel P. Rose

Daniel grew up in the countries of Chile and Peru, where he lived with his missionary parents.  He went on to serve in the US Air Force for nine years.  He speaks Spanish and Arabic.

As an intern at the Albemarle Commonwealth Attorney's Office, Daniel performed criminal traffic prosecutions. As a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Randolph A. Beales of the Court of Appeals of Virginia, Daniel handled appeals of criminal law, family law, administrative law, and workers’ compensation cases.

Daniel practices municipal law, civil litigation, and business law.
