Litten & Sipe is proud to announce attorney Daniel P. Rose has been named as the firm’s newest partner, effective January 1, 2026.
Daniel joined the firm in 2020 as an associate after serving nine years in the United States Air Force and earning his Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2018. Daniel has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers, a “Young Lawyer” Legal Elite by Virginia Business Magazine, and has been named to the “Pro Bono Service Honor Roll” by Virginia Access to Justice Commission.
Daniel’s regular practice includes municipal law, education law, election law, litigation, and landlord/tenant law.
